Sensual Fluidity Summer Performance Class offers a transformative journey designed to help you explore, step outside of your comfort zone, and become the best version of yourself through performance. Participants will experience what it is like to be a professional dancer through weekly rehearsals, a costume consultation with Wae Messed to design a personalized costume, and a one-on-one private lesson with Stephanie Peña. Throughout the program, you will learn a group choreography, create your own solo piece, and take part in technical rehearsal that incorporate lighting, music, and stage spacing, culminating in a final performance.
This program offers two package options. One of the packages includes an exclusive boudoir photoshoot with Thalia Abreu, providing a unique opportunity to capture your beauty and confidence. Prepare to elevate everything you have learned in the Sensual Fluidity Dance Class to the next level. Beginner Friendly!

Founder/Choreographer
Stephanie Peña
Stephanie Peña is a choreographer, educator, and performer. She has worked in the field for over 10 years, both internationally and domestically. She is the Founder and Artistic Director of Sensual Fluidity, established in 2021, a movement practice and performance platform that encourages participants to explore embodiment, sensuality, and self-connection.
Through this work, she teaches beginner classes, intensives, and performance programs designed to support participants in deepening their relationship with their bodies and personal expression. She has partnered with Outsiders, Power Plus Wellness, The Pearl, Honeydew Holistics, and The Boss Chick Dance Workout to bring Sensual Fluidity to their communities. She has also partnered with Shag, Unbound, and the New York Birth Control Access Project to provide products and resources for her students.
Costume Designer
Wae Messed
Wae Messed is a New York City–based costume designer with over 15 years of experience crafting bold, body-celebrating garments for burlesque performers, dancers, and artists of all kinds. A proud Queer Latina, Wae brings a deep understanding of movement, performance, and identity to every piece, drawing from her own vibrant career as a dancer and performer across NYC’s stages.
Specializing in burlesque and dancewear, Wae designs costumes that are as empowering as they are exquisite fusing beauty, comfort, and durability in garments made to move. Her firsthand knowledge of life on stage informs the structure and engineering behind each creation, ensuring that every piece supports the performer both physically and artistically.
Wae’s work is rooted in inclusivity and self-expression, honoring the beauty of all bodies and celebrating the transformative power of performance. Through her designs, she continues to push boundaries and uplift the voices of those who live and create authentically.

Thalia Abreu is a New York City based photographer known for her intimate, natural approach to capturing people as they are. Her work focuses on presence, emotion, and the quiet, in-between moments, creating images that feel honest, soft, and deeply personal.
