This Sensual Fluidity dance class focuses on rediscovering your sensuality and reconnecting with yourself again. It begins with a warm up and some stretches to loosen up those tense muscles. This leads to a few movement activities across the floor. You will learn to tap into your sensuality by walking as a goddess, learning some floor work and continuous movement. The class ends with a choreography movement phrase where you will be more in tune with your body and appreciate your whole self.
