Sensual Fluidity 2 Day Workshop Miami

Sensual Fluidity 2 Day Workshop is all about playing, exploring, and deepening your relationship with your body. Throughout the weekend, you'll engage in guided journaling, learn how to walk as a goddess, explore floorwork while building a deeper connection with the ground beneath you, and embody a short movement choreography. Together, we'll cultivate body awareness, release self-judgment, and discover the freedom that comes from being fully present in the moment. This experience is more than learning movement. It's an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, embrace your sensuality, build confidence, and express yourself authentically through dance. Whether you're new to movement or have years of dance experience, you'll leave feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to your body.
