Sensual Fluidity Dance Workshop

Sensual Fluidity Dance Workshop is a movement experience rooted in self-awareness, intentionality, healing, and self-expression. It invites participants to embrace sensuality without shame, reconnect with themselves on a deeper level, build confidence, and unlock new layers of being. Through practices such as walking as a goddess, exploring floorwork, and embodying a short movement choreography. This allows participants to deepen their relationship with their bodies and appreciation for their whole selves. Light refreshments included + post workshop Q&A with Stephanie Peña.
